CHILDCARE INFORMATION FOR THIS MORNING:
10:00AM SERVICE
Birth-age 3: Childcare is available during the entire service.
Age 3 – Entering K (Fall 2023): Begin the service worshiping with their families, then will be invited to go to their class midway through the service.
Entering Grades 1-6 (Fall 2023): Stay with their families during the entire service. Children’s activity bulletins, pencils & crayons are available at the table at the Worship Center entrance or the usher table on the lawn.
COMMUNION SUNDAY INFORMATION
COMMUNION: Today we celebrate Communion – the reenactment of Jesus’ intimate final meal with His disciples before He died on the cross. The bread represents His body, the cup His blood. All are welcome to participate by examining your relationship to Him and surrendering to Him as Lord. Parents, discern when your child is spiritually ready to participate.
BENEVOLENCE OFFERING: Each Communion Sunday, we collect an offering for those in our Hillside family who are experiencing financial difficulties. Ushers will be collecting in the lobby following the service (checks payable to Hillside Church) or text the dollar amount and the word
“benevolence” to 84321.
